Who We Are

Zina Brechbill 

Salon Owner / Hair Stylist / Organic Color Specialist

Zina graduated from Merrillville Cosmetology School in 1977 and worked in the Chicagoland area Redken Salons which had a strong emphasis on continued hair and skin education as well as specializing in product knowledge. Zina’s career went on to continue in the St. Louis area where she owned and operated Zina’s Hair Studio, she continued her education in skin care, product knowledge, and customer service. Among the many hair and skin seminars, Michael Cole’s boot camp had the greatest impact on her success. 

After working many years around harmful chemicals in the salon industry, Zina began having a strong interest in a more natural, organic approach, this led her to extensive research of ingredients in hair and skin care products.  In 2006 Zina opened Enza’s, the first green/organic cruelty-free salon on the Eastern Shore, she welcomes you to see where life has taken her and where life can organically take you.

Zina’s interests include organic herb & flower gardening, meditation, and yoga. She also enjoys connecting with nature through hikes in the forest, going to the ocean, bird watching, and photography. Zina is also an avid animal activist. She is also a member of the Life Saving Station, Environmental Trust, Ward Museum, Lower Shore Land Trust, Delmarva Discovery Center, and St. Francis de Sales.

Rose Anna Daly

Hair Stylist/Hair Color Specialist

Rose moved here from Ocean County, New Jersey where she had worked at several salons in the Manchester area. Rose graduated from Ocean County Vocational School for Cosmetology in 1984. 

Rose is certified in Organic Hair Colour Systems and has attended OCS workshops in New York and Maryland. Her specialties are in dimensional color and foil hilights.

In addition to specializing in Organic Colour Systems Color, Rose is also certified in Keratin Hair Smoothing Treatments that are free of formaldehyde. Rose has completed several workshops in Washington DC, Jersey City & Delaware in extensive Eminence Organic Skin Care Training.

Rose says, “I pride myself for paying attention to detail. I have a strong interest in health and nutrition. This green salon is the right place for my clients and myself because we use eco friendly,cruely free products that are much better for our health and the environment. I am very concerned about the environment and how it affects our food, water and air supply. I advocate against factory farming on the Eastern Shore and I think there should be more education about organic farming and the chemicals used on our foods.”
